AMP Credit Loan App Details
AMP is an online loan application that offers you loans at low-interest rates. They claim that the maximum loan amount you can get here is 1 lakh rupees and you will get a time of two years to pay its EMI. It offers you the loan at an 11.99% rate of interest annually.
When you click on the link to this app you will be redirected to their website which looks similar to the Play Store but is only a trap for users. They only designed their website like Play Store to attract people. This application is not RBI and NBFC registered.
How did they Scam you?
When you download this application they ask you about your basic details. The scam starts when you fill in your basic details and upload documents. After that, it will ask you about the loan amount you want to take. Then, they transfer you an amount between one to eight thousand rupees.
After that, you will get a period of four to five days to return double or triple the amount you received. After that, they will blackmail you for your contact list. They told you that they would send inappropriate photos and documents about you to your contact list. This is how you get scammed.
How to deal with fake loan applications?
Before, downloading any loan application you should check whether it is available on the Google Play Store or not. After that, you have to search all about the loan application that it is RBI registered or not. If you got scammed by any of these types of applications then you should not do any repayment to them because if you return their money then they will blackmail you again and again and will ask you for money.
If you already have been trapped then you should complain to cybercrime and download a copy of the complaint. After that send this complaint copy to your contact list and tell them all about the scam. This is how you can save yourself from these types of scammers.

Biggest fraud…Pathetic loan app…i just wanted to check my loan limit in this app but they just showed many lenders and credited my account with 3000 that too without any permission or OTP or anything, i didn’t even apply to avail any amount but they credited the amount of 3000 and now they are showing a repayment of 6000 within 7 days… no customer support, fake contact number they have…im not gonna repay anything.
Same bro. This thing happened to me too. Tomorrow is my last due date. I don’t know what to do!! Now AMP app is not removed from playstore. If this amount doesn’t affect my credit score then I won’t pay them.

I have also faced the same. My repayment date is on 11th Feb. I was just checking the app. But they have credited Rs. 2400 thrice. And now I have to pay Rs.12,000. Please guide what to do? Do they really black mail?
Take all the screenshot of their WhatsApp conversation.. Send all to that chat itself. And then tell him/her that you’re gonna contact cyber crime and police department. Then do further. And must report to WhatsApp. This will help you a bit. I’m sure.

Report to cyber crime online and threaten them back to the chat itself. And block. If they call, record the call and warn them to go for the legal angle exploration. Don’t pay back. We want a strict and strong action against them.. I myself am the victim of this AMP

Kindly block them. And Threaten them back being a lady. And warn them to stop otherwise u gonna file a police case against them. So Matter will be sorted out.

Kindly report. And being a female citizen get help from the police department and Make those scammers suffer for what they’ve been doing for so long.
And don’t repay. Report as much as possible. Make a community and report. More complaints will get the better impact
